1.热处理工艺

304不锈钢管的固溶处理温度为1080-1100℃,冷却方式为水冷或空冷。冷加工中间退火温度多在850-970℃,保温一定时间后水冷。经固溶处理后钢的组织为奥氏体组织,有时也存在少量铁素体。

2 焊接

304不锈钢管抑制焊接时的碳化物析出,可采用通用的方法进行焊接。手工电弧焊,含碳0.04%-0.06%的薄截面尺寸的304不锈钢可采用奥002焊条,焊后可不产生晶间腐蚀倾向,对于厚截面尺,要保持焊后的耐晶间腐蚀性能,需进行焊后热处理,若不热处理,应改为304L不锈钢或稳定型奥氏体不锈钢。

3.冷成型性能

304不锈钢薄板在应用过程中,常常用于冷成型操作。其冷成型性能是衡量能否顺利成型和成品率高低的重要技术指标。影响304不锈钢的冷成型因素较多,也很复杂。就其金属学因素来讲主要是钢的成分,即铬当量和镍当量之比,其常规拉伸性能中的延伸率是一个重要的表征指标。为了获得良好的冷成型性能,应控制钢中的铬当量和镍当量的比值处于一个适当的范围。

4.应用

食品用设备,一般化工设备,原子能工业用装置部件等,均被广泛应用。适于深冲件和输酸管道、容器等。车辆、汽车零件盒家用器具也都采用该钢种。它是奥氏体不锈钢中生产和用量最多的钢,用于生产薄壁件、输酸管道及结构件等。也经常作焊接铬镍不锈钢和不锈钢的芯材,非磁性部件以及低温环境下使用的部件等。
